In addition to the 12 modules of online training, you get downloadable workbooks and coaching tools with each module. You are also invited by email to connect, get coached, and ask for feedback every other Tuesday with fellow S&S coaches in the course for the six months following your purchase. You can pursue certification by completing 30 coaching sessions, passing a final assessment, and showing up to as many live calls as possible.

Upon purchase, you'll receive a link to access your account and course. Inside, you'll have immediate access to the first three modules. The remainder of the 9 modules will 'drip' into your account biweekly from the date of purchase. This means that if you purchase on today, you'll instantly have three modules to learn from and two weeks to get set up and going before module 4 becomes available to you. Every two weeks from there you'll receive access to a new module. You can begin whenever you like, take your time to go through the course, and there's no pressure to finish everything based on the course access timeline. You're busy and I get it! I will, however, encourage you to be 'in motion' so you can leverage the six months of live coaching calls you are invited to!

Nope. This is meant to be a strong foundation for whatever kind of coaching you go on to do with a Christ~centered perspective. ICF is an accreditation org. you pay if you are interested in coaching positions that require an accredited certification to work for them, but you don't need it to start coaching today or to work for yourself. 98% of your clients won't even know to ask about it. I don't believe it affects your ability or calling to coach, though I do value a standard of excellence. What I DO believe in is that you are equipped with excellence and supported in your growth to ensure your confidence and success. And THAT is exactly what The Greenhouse grows. Sterling and Stone's coaches have their own Code of Ethics that our coaches are asked to align with and abide by, as well as continued education pursuits.

This program is meant to give you a strong foundation so that you can move forward quickly and with confidence in both your coaching practice and your client sessions. That said, if you move through at an action-taking pace, your investment will be around 5 hours a week including live bi-weekly training/coaching calls. This does not include practice coaching sessions that you schedule yourself if you are pursuing certification with S&S.
